Small but loud
Fan works and works great. Moves lots of air, but it is pretty loud.

Moves air
I bought 2 of these and 2 80mm aerocools. The wind velocity coming out of these is about 3x that of the aerocools. They are small but very good for cooling components instead of case fans. They might be loud but I can't tell since I have 7 fans in the case and 1 outside. Feeling the amount of air they push they can't be quiet.

Good Fan
Purchased this fan by mistake, thinking it would fit a small case, but instead used it on a failing CPU heatsink fan. Had to modify the sink, but it keeps an older skt7 AMD XP3200 about 8 - 10c cooler than the fan it came with. Quiet too. Good Fan!

it's a BEAST!
i got two of these litter buggers, one i use in my main system as a HDD cooler, the other i needed on an old build as a proc fan. they move a tone of air! the one used as a proc fan cools most the rest of the system too. they are a bit loud but it's because they move so much air so quick. bottom line: they work, and do it well!
