Cheaper than building it.

Well, I've always built my own system, but the value of this one was too good to pass. Fast CPU, good video card. Only complaint is the fans are a bit too noisy. I'll probably change the stock fans to make it more quiet. Beside that, everything runs rock solid. Nice system!

I ordered this computer and opted for the standard shipping. It arrived on day 4 (3-7 days) so it was there before I thought it would be. It is a refurb but it looks great, very minor scratches. Plugged everything in and it all worked. I uploaded many files/games/programs and they all work fine with no problems. I love this machine, its so fast and responsive. I was running XP before so this is my first Vista rig and I cant see why people dont like it, honestly. Everything works fine. Games load fast with graphics set to the highest level possible with room to spare. I have had no problems running Vista 64 bit other then my web cam wont work with it. Its not a big deal for me. A rig this good at this price is a smart decision.

I bought this PC with Gaming in mind. Received it within 2 bus days. It worked great out of the box, with one issue. The DVD rom drive wouldn't recognize any discs. I spent about 2 hours working with Gateway support online and after determining it wasn't software related they shipped me a new drive within 3 days. I replaced and now everything works great. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. Gateway support was very helpful. AAA+ Value Runs Mirror's Edge, Left 4 Dead, Burnout Paradise flawlessly. Very happy customer. Highly recommend this PC.

Bought this PC less then a week ago and i Love it, Super Fast, 4 Gigs and a TV tuner! not to mention the awesome Video Card, i recommend buying an extra 4 Gigs of Ram ($40) 2x2gigs, works perfect. i haven't had any problems with it, and for being refurbished it was in perfect condition and everything works the way its supposed to, i also run 4 Hard Drives, and 2 22'' LCD monitors and no power issues or performance issues, scores the highest 5.9 on Windows Expeirence Index, def. a great buy. A++++

received the unit in 2 days. the video card wasnt working so i checked it out.it wasnt pluged in all the way. now everything works great. i would recomend this pc to gamers, i play world of war craft and its great.
