I purchased this computer 12/22/08 and it worked great until 03/07/09, when it took 2+ days off, not even able to run it's system BIOS (for about 20 attempts.) It booted normally the evening of 03/09/09 and has each of the 3 days since. It has run well ever since.

Good Cumputer for the price

The video slows down during games and no 3d sound, other than that it is a good cumputer for the price.

Amazing computer

Got this machine about 1 month and works without problems. I buy 2 addcional thermaltake 8x8 Blue lead fan.(One in te back and one Y a side) You may have a overheating problem with some game. so i recommend that you bought addicionals fans and a hard drive cooler! Im Loving this machine thank you tiger

GOOD DEAL BUT BAD VID CARD/PSU COMBO

i got this pc, everything was shiney like brand new, Great service and Fast shipping from this company. but Gateway dropped the ball on this one by putting a crappy version of the 9800 along side an insuficient power supply. i had to upgrade both just to get the games i want running with no crashes or blue screens! watch out. if yours works great out of the box u got lucky.
