Lacked Performance
I purchased this as an upgrade from an Athlon X2 6000. I thought the quad-core would have been a big performance improvement....with it was not. May not be the chip's fault completely and I may need to up the RAM speed (I'm using 533mhz and may need 1066). I wish I had spent the extra $30 for a Phenom II.

Espected faster, but good product.
I expected it to be much faster than what it replaced AMD Athlon X 2 3800, but it was only just noticeably faster, so I replaced the mother board, hard drive and ram to get the speed I was looking for. The 2.3 GHz is slowing it down I think. I should have got a Black edition.
