I have already put 2 of these systems out there with Win 7 on them and they work great. Getting ready to build another one. Can't beat the value! Case is a little flimsy.

Kit assembled easily and took about 2 attempts to get it booted. Runs very quiet and cool. I heard what I thought at first to be a bad fan, but it was the ASUS DVD in my DVD drive. Drivers loaded ok,even with the racket. Other DVD's run quiet so it is the ASUS DVD. Win XP Pro loaded fine. My frame rates with MSTS and Open Rails are great!.

stubborn build

for the over 40 crowd, i suggest you have a very large magnifying glass, and a light equivalent to three suns.it will save your fist, and the walls in your house. that being said, i finally got this thing together. first you need an 8 pin female, to 4 pin male adapter for the power supply.(not supplied)that was a week delay finding and receiving the correct adapter. anyhow, i loaded win 7, and the computer promptly crashed. quite the ordeal getting the over 85 updates installed, as the computer kept crashing. i have manged to get all the updates installed except for SP1. this unit does not like windows update,Especially when it comes to restarting to install, as i keep getting the system crash during install.i finally declared victory,by giving up on SP1. this comp replaced my overworked dual core. not used for gaming, but for streaming online videos. a definite step up on that front, and my magic jack phone never sounded, and worked so well.OK setup.
