I have owned junk printers in the past. You know, those HP give-aways when you by a computer and decided it was time for a decent printer. To be honest, I don't really do much photo printing or color prints. And the ability to print to a CD means practically nothing to me, but I wanted this printer anyway. What a difference even with simple black and white prints. This thing actually feeds the paper by itself! Don't laugh, my HP needed some coaxing. This printer seems like it's put together well and gives the impression of quality. I'm happy with the printer and have the ability to do some really cool stuff later if I ever want to.

i have had this printer for about 2 weeks.it is great.it can run with another printer connected to the same computer.installing was great,did not take over my other printer.great on ink.

I just purchased one of these and I am impressed. I have been a big fan on Epson printers ever since switching to an Epson five years ago. The print resolution is the absolute best in any printer I have owned costing under $300. Are you reading this HP and Canon? The same must be said for scanning resolution. The frosting on the cake is the ability to print directly to CDs or DVDs. This is a feature none of the other brands offer in this price range. This is important to me as a songwriter who makes demo recordings at home and wants to label them to look ''professional. The only drawback I find with this unit is that it is noisier than a Canon.

Best printer I have ever owned. The printing is fast and great. It's not really that noisy and it doesn't bother or scares you. The outer parts are really slick and is not flimsy at all. Printing quality at its greatest. :)
