Love it. If you don't need the Phenom than this is the best you can get for your money. Fast very stable. Love it. Would buy one again without even thinking twice about it. Please be aware if you do your homework this is not great overclocker so black this time stands for nothing but a black box that it comes in :) yeah it has unlocked multiplyar but you won't get much more out of it. So you will have to run stock unless you liquid cool it than you might get a bit more out of it. I still say this is awesome value.

I was running an AMD 64 X2 3800+ and looking to purchase the Phenom 9600. After reading varius articles about it, and it's problems, I chose to purchase this CPU. I am a DVD junkie and enjoy D/L movies, converting Xvid to DVD and then ripping them. On the old 3800 it took almost 35 to 45 min to convert a Xvid to DVD, With this processor it takes half the time. I also bought the Zalman CNPS9500A LED CPU Cooling Fan. Durning a typical processing with this CPU & Cooler my temps have not exceded 111F. I am extremely happy.I have this CPU on an ASUS M2N32 SLI Deluxe with 4Gigs of Corsiar Dual Channel TWINX 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz E.P.P. Memory running in SLI. I am running a XFX gForce 7600gt 'xxx' edition w/256mb ram. Playing Crysis with this CPU is a blast! I recomend this CPU to any AMD lover. Wait on the Phenom....

I haven't had this for very long, but OMFG!! It's so fast I am very pleased to have gotten this instead of jumping into getting the first-gen Phoenom processors. I was surprised how heavy it was. Only two cores but I am only using it for Gaming, Why pay 260+ for a slower Phoenom CPU, even if it is Quad core, when I can buy this very fast CPU and wait for a next-gen Phoenom to come out later. Great price, buy buy buy.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+, Corsair 4 GB DDR2 at 800Mhz, Sparkle Geforce 8500GT 256MB DDR2, standerd 450W PSU, Gigabyte GA-M51GM-S2G Motherboard, ATX mid-tower, Kworld Video Magician TV Tuner, Sony DVD RW drive, and two 150GB Western Digital hard drives (ones about dead). I want to up grade this rig so that it can play the newer games and under the cost of $650 for up grade parts. Thanks guys.
