  • Q: How do I Cancel my membership?
    A: You can cancel your TigerDirect Inner Circle™ Program membership within 30 days of enrollment and receive a full refund of your membership fee provided you have not made any eligible purchases using the TigerDirect Inner Circle™ Program. If you have made any eligible purchase using the TigerDirect Inner Circle™ Program, you will not be entitled to any refund of your Program membership fee.   • Q: How do I know if an item qualifies for FREE ground shipping?
    A: Most products that ship UPS ground qualify for FREE shipping. You can check whether an item qualifies by logging into your account, adding the item you want to your cart, and entering your zip code.
  • Q: Do all orders qualify for the 50% off 2nd day and overnight deliveries?
    A: If an item qualifies for free ground shipping it will qualify for 50% off 2nd and next day service levels.
  • Q: Why doesn’t my order qualify for the free shipping?
    A: Only orders with a ground shipping method will qualify for free shipping. Overweight items or items that are too large or not qualified to ship via UPS ground do not qualify for the free shipping. Items that ship via truck ship methods do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Q: Can I get free shipping on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the United States?
    A: No. The free ground shipping is only available to customers shipping to a residential address within the contiguous 48 States.
  • Q: What items do not qualify for free ground shipping?
    A: Items that are too heavy or too large to ship via UPS ground or are otherwise not qualified to ship via UPS will ship via Truck and do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Q: Do I get notified when my account expire or is about to expire?
    A: Yes. The email associated with this membership will receive notification at least 7 days before expiration plus an email on the date of the expiration.
  • Q: What if my order is set to ship ground and I don't see the FREE shipping being applied to my order?
    A: Make sure you are logged in. If you are please call the Priority Service Phone Number (800-685-8888)

    A: No.
