In-Store Return Policy
All returns and exchanges require an original register receipt. All returned items must be in original, new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC codes. Except as noted below you may return or exchange any conforming items within 30 days of its original purchase date.
Desktop and laptop computers, TV’s, Projectors, Digital cameras and camcorders, and GPS devices may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of original purchase date.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on any opened items. This restocking fee will be waived if the item is defective and exchanged within the specified time period for that item. Opened defective items returned for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee at management’s sole discretion. Items not in like new condition, missing the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories or UPC code will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges only: Once opened, software, games and videos may only be exchanged for the same title. Opened service parts, motherboards, processors and other components may not be returned for refund, but may be exchanged, if defective assuming they are in undamaged condition and include all accessories, documentation and original packaging.
Non-refundable items and services: Non-refundable services include all labor, diagnostic and repair services, delivery and installation services and shipping charges. Gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds. All unlocked cell phones are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges. Additionally all consumable items such as Ink, toner and CD/DVD media are non returnable once opened.
Promotional items: Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy TV, get free DVD player; buy TV, get free gift card; or buy TV, get DVD player half off) will have the retail value of the promotional item, as determined at managements sole discretion, deducted from the credit or refund amount.
Rebate policy: Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deduced from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Purchases made by cash or check over $250 will be refunded by check from our corporate office within 10 business days.
Personal data on returned or exchanged products: Remove personal data (e.g. computer/cell phone data, media, tapes) from returned/exchanged items. All such removal is the customer’s sole responsibility.
