Not the smoothest running device, but still fun to play with. I like the video and audio capability, but sometimes when syncing in Media Player it gets disconnected. I used a TomTom and prefer the more advanced features. It's true, the GPS doesn't take you extremely close but it should be close enough. TomTom wasn't perfect either, although it does reroute much better. I hook this to the AUX input on my car stereo for better sound. Nice big display and sleek looking design!

For $129.99, Awesome, note to the guy that says there's no external antenna, turn your gps around, and look beside the speaker, you see that little plug that has a picture of an antenna, Imagine that. Ebay has them for 20 dollars for all HK gps models; finding a gps signal is the same for any gps in cloudy or rainy situations, I've played with a lot of these. Mio', digiwalkers aren't bad either. Also, in order to get detailed maps of Canada or U.S., you need to verify your home address information in the settings, it's not rocket science, and Harmthis is much better than the garmin's, and Tom Tom's I've seen and played with. A lot of features, Dual core processor with 2gb's internal memory and 128mb's of ram it's fast finding and locating anything. I bought a 2gb sd card too for only $7.97, either way for being a unit in the $300-$400 regular range on sale for over $200 off. Cant beat it. To update maps go to TeleAtlas.com

$129 at this price not uptodate Map (Canada) as tested. Not 100 meters wrong on GPS location. Good for Somebody already know the places. Tried the shortest distance feature and I got Loss many times.
I guess its good on Music and Playing Video not for GPS...harman kardo should stick in area where they good at.

I found this unit to be ok. Except for not having the feature that most GPS's have, such as showing how fast you are going. As far as updates on maps, go to www.harmankardon.com and search for updates. You need to slip a ''sd'' card into it first though.

Well,I got what I wanted.
I was looking at the tom tom and the nuvi's. I mean for the price, I got this product at Tiger direct for 130 bucks and found most other devices in that price catagory lacking severely. Nice big screen as well, the little touch screens of the competitors products I found agravating.
Entering addresses and the likes we're pretty easy too. After you hit Canada, Ontario and you start typing in the first few letters of your city, you get to pick it from a drop down list. 10 seconds is all it takes. My parents live in the only house on a street in the Middle of the countryside and a few dozen km's from that certain small town and this device had no problems getting me there.
The video and the MP3 player is great. The screen is clear and It can run on batteries alone for 5 hours.
Lastly, the geek in me is telling that I probably don't just have a gadget here, you have a mobile computer Running on windows CE. I wonder what else I can do with it
