| I bought this last month and boy am I AMAZED at its speed!!! I love the design,color (charcoal grey and metalic grey)and the cute way the blue neon light next to the big ''E'' lights up when it's on standby mode,and the fact that the DVD burner reads just about anything you throw at it.
It also comes with NERO burning Rom which is better than alot of other burning softwares I've seen. You do have to do an upgrade via Nero's site for the full functionality of this program but it works great for basic burning of CD,and DVD projects,and copying.
I like the convenience of not having to use a USB wire to transfer photos from my HP Digital Camera and just having to put the memory card in like an old floppy disk..and ''walla!'' the photos are there...no worrying about connection problems.
it helps me run my business smooth,and Fast!
Refurbished or not..this is still top of the line. |

| Purchased this as gift for my daughter. She loves it! It's her 3rd e-machine and she swears by them. I'm an HP person myself but that may change due to their no longer providing recovery disks with new pc's (what's up with that?). Emachine still has them (which I prefer). She has had emachines since they first came out (clunky and problematic then). They seem to have ''gotten their act together'' now. We'll see how her machine does in the long haul. I may become a convert! |

| This is a fantastic machine since emachines started putting real power suppies in their machines. It is stable and as fast as a scalded cat. I would recomend this computer to snyone. For the price it can't be beat.

| Wow! This is my first purchase with Tiger Direct. And I must say, you've made a great first impression. I ordered it on Saturday. Recieved it on Tuesday. And it's everything I hoped for. The computer itself is just as TD advertised. Blazing fast. Lots of memory. Room enough to upgrade even more later. And all for a very reasonable price. When I get ready to add more memory or get an even bigger hard drive, I know exactly where to turn to. |

| Had 6 or 7 of these boxes for customers on my bench so far. For the money this is hard to beat. They run circles around my own 2.4 GHz P4 (Northwood). Absolutely no trouble so far except for TigerDirect on one order shipping the wrong machine (slower CPU). They immediately corrected, second day after the phone call the correct machine arrived. Only caveat: Set the AGP aperture to 128 MB (in the BIOS) AND ADD memory! All my customers added 512MB.

| Really good machine and an excellent value here at TigerDirect. Absolutely no problems out-of-box (the start-up/boot is a little funky but works OK every time). The Win modem is the fastest I've ever had for dial-up and connects at 49.2 consistantly.
I did add a 92MM intake fan to help cooling, an inexpensive sound card, and some addtl DDR400.
I don't think there is a better value out there and Gateway tech support is very good.
Tiger Direct does it again...see ya next order!!

| PROS - Got to be one of the best deals for what you get. Mine runs great and after three or four days of use hasn't stumbled on anything yet.
CONS - Wish it booted up a bit more quickly. Took over a week to arrive. |

| Its the best PC i have had my whole life. Its fast enough to run most of the mid to top tier games, yet it didnt cost $3,000. I didnt get mine from tigerdirect b/c i couldnt wait for it to be shipped. So i went and picked out the pc i wanted from a local retailer and this PC is the one i picked. The Emachines w3052 is a very good pc, And hey, Can you beat that price? |

My computer was DOA so I called emachine tech support and they overnighted me a box to ship it back, that was 5 days ago still no box but they keep telling me that it is on it's way and it will take them 2 weeks to fix my computer. I will post a followup to let you know what happens |
