Great System. Only thing is make sure you install memory in bank B1. That was my only mistake but easily fixed and works very very well. Highly recommended.

System is great for the $$
Motherboard seems to be stable but if you are going to install a Athlon 64 3400+ processor beware!!!!!! The Bios that ASUS ships with this motherboard doesn't support these chips yet and you must flash upgrade your bios or you will get a cpu error forever. No documentation other than to call ASUS for support on this error. Pretty simple to fix once you know how to download and flash the bios but, it can take a lot of hours to do the research. Beware or expect to have to call tech support.

Excellent package for the money. Built mine with Kingston dual channel 1G PC3200, sata raid 0+1 WD 160G and 128MB ATI 9600. Fast system is an understatement. Be sure to have your raid drivers handy when loading XP. Excellent BIOS options. Fast ground shipping. All arrived undamaged and ready to go. Highly recommended.

Very good deal. I checked with AMD and this is actually a repackaged Opteron chip with 939 pins. You will have to do a bios flash to get the board to reconize the chip correctly. If you can't get it to boot only install 1 ram chip in the third bank (second blue slot) until you can flash the bios. This is really a nice setup, and I was very impressed with the case. I suspected that it was going to be really cheap, but it is very sturdy. I tested it against and Athlon XP 2200+ and it is literally twice as fast in encoding.

My first system build. Used SATA WD 200 Gig hard drive and 1G Ultra PC3200 memory. Only two hiccups: CPU was shipped with a bent pin, but I was able to fix it and seat nicely in the socket. Other issue was having the VIA SATA drivers ready during the XP OS install to recognize the SATA hard drive. System working like a charm. Can't beat the this system for the $$$$

Excellent kit - fast processor, powerful motherboard with lots of features. The included speakers and mouse are a bit on the cheesy side, but at this price you can afford to buy better and still have saved money.

Fantastic system except that I ordered two of these cases and both appeared to be a litle banged up. On one of them, I had to put the power supply housing back together and the other seemed to be a little bent. It was a quick easy fix and they are both working wonderfully.
Also, I chose ground shipping and had them both inside of two days. I will definitely order again.
