Keep Your COOL !
Been running this about 6 months now. Not 1 problem. Very Quite. I also had to bend a few tabs back in my hard drive support rack to make it fit, but well worth the effort. Keeps drive between 30-35C and I never turn off my desktop.

Short Lived

Hard drive cooler... great product!
Took maybe 20 minutes to fit and connect. Maintains hard drive at 30c... and that running all day long. Quiet too!! Recommend to anybody

Can't Go Wrong With This
I installed this into my Gateway DX4822 needed to bend some of the tabs back that support the harddrive so it would fit back into the drive box. Once installed works like a charm, very slight fan noise not really noticeable.

Good performance for the cost
I have had good luck with Vantec products, made a noticable improvement in my time on the computer especailly during the warmer days. A little tricky with some of the built in Hard drive cages, so I wasn't able to mount it very close to the Harddrive vent in my case. But is still great, I also highly recommend Iceberg 4 Video GPU coolers, solid sink material dropped 10C's off my card.

A Lot of Flash
I already have a 120mm Aerocool Shark on my hard drives, but given the price, I couldn't resist these coolers. They do work, but not drastically. I got 3-4 degrees F reduction in temperature. I don't think the heat sinks do anything but look cool as they have minimal contact with the hard drive. The cute little fans do all the work. Installation sucks as the mount on the BOTTOM of the HD and that raises the drive up on the rails in my Coolermaster case so that the side screw holes in the drive don't line up with the case. I either had to bend the tabs in the case or grind notches in the coolers. I ground the coolers and now the holes in the drive line up with the case.
