Best Mic I've Ever Used

This is the best mic i have ever used. It records beautifully and I'm even writing this with it. It does pick up a little background noise, but thats alright in the long run. For a hundred dollars, this is the way to go.

Great quality

I use this for my internet radio show. In hindsight, I could've bought a cheaper simple headset, but I love this when I have local guests. Two of us can sit across the table and both sound ultra clear. Super nice sound quality. I have yet to use it to its potential. Easy to set up. Solid construction.

Great

I am in my 80's and I want to put on a CD ,for my grandkids some of my experiances when I was younger . Things that I did as a kid and during my life . them hearing it in my voice I think would be great for them when I am gone . I think this will be what I need. --Jim

OK for speech recognition

I use this with Dragon, picks up stray sounds so must use in quiet environment. Probably better desktop microphones available but got this on sale at great price. Accuracy 99% in quiet room. Keyboard noise is picked up and occasionally interferes with recognition. I am pleased with accuracy though. Speechware mic may be better but costs 3x the price I paid.

Studio Quality Sound at a Bargain Basement price!

I own a business where we produce informational, educational, and promo videos and voice tracks. I have used a number of different microphones including some high end XLR type mic's in our production studio. I recently purchased this mic to offer a new premium level product line to our customers where we use only THX certified equipment for production. After conducting extensive research for a microphone fitting the bill, I discovered the Blue Yeti was the only THX certified microphone on the market. We have put this mic through it's paces and have concluded that this mic either parallels or out performs all other mic's in our inventory. The only caveats to this mic are the wobbly control knobs which seem to be out of character with the rest of the solid design. Also, after receiving this mic, it came to light that the THX logo and certification is no longer offered.

Great Product

I used to have a USB headset from another vendor that I used for my Podcasts, and even though it was great, this microphone is really awesome, all the integrated features, control, was quickly configured when connected to the computer, all my apps detected it almost instantly. This is even better than I expected, I even use it for emergency voice over recording, no matter where it is just record whatever I configure it to record. And let me tell you, I have 4 little ones running around all the time. With a little effort I can remove any noise with Adobe Soundbooth, just imagine that. Is a real deal for the price. Looks good in front of the camera as well. Nice, recommend it 100%

Excellent Microphone

The shipping was right on time. I use the microphone to record voice overs and sound effects for video productions. The recording quality is excellent. I would recommend this microphone to anyone who wants a great microphone without breaking the bank.

Just what I needed!

I play acoustic guitar in a fingerpicking style. The mic faithfully reproduces the sound and is crystal clear. A hefty, well-made mic.
