Works great for 3rd monitor for 5770 card
Like the previous reviewer I wanted to add a third monitor to my 5770 card using the DisplayPort jack. I pluged this adapter into the jack and into a DVI-capable lcd monitor and it works perfectly, I connected my 2nd monitor to a DVI jack and my 52'' flatscreen to the hdmi connection, cloned the primary desktop lcd and the 52'' flatscreen then extended the desktop to my 2nd desktop lcd. Worked flawlessly.

Worked perfectly
Wanted to add a third monitor to my 5770 card using the DisplayPort jack. Simply plug this adapter into the jack and into a DVI-capable monitor and it works perfectly. Note - do not try to plug an analog VGA monitor into it using a VGA to DVI adapter, it will not work. It has to be digital end-to-end and that means DVI.

3x Monitors! Thanks!
I bought a 6950 a few weeks ago and it was awesome, but don't have a display port monitor like pretty much everyone else. Was able to hook this adapter to my sister's old 19
