Trouble with Video Card
Had problems with the video card. Kept crashing the system while in game. It was a real hassle. Had to go into all the directories; shut down items, programs and reduce resolutions to keep the video card from crashing the system. This is the first Radeon Video Card I've bought not sure I'll buy another.

Needs a bigger power supply.
Just came in the mail today. Unboxed it, checked it all out, beautiful machine and looks terrific in the dark. But I tried to add my 2 downloads hard drives out of my old rig and it had problems starting up. Then I got left4dead 2 installled on it, got about 45 seconds of gameplay out of it before the power supply choked off the videocard and caused a crash. Had to unplug both drives and one of the case fans just to be safe. Works fine now but already considering a psu upgrade to a 1000 watt. Has one open pci slot which is useless because it will block off ventilation to the videocard. Only has 2 ram slots that are both already maxed out. All in all not a bad starter rig to build on though and I love the case.

Be prepared to wait
Just a warning. The 3-5 days to ship is a huge lie. my dad ordered it for me on Nov 28. and it is now December 22 and it still hasn't arrived yet ( i am hoping it arrives by christmas. I have wasted my early access for swtor waiting for it, and now eating into my paid game time. But if you dont mind waiting nearly a month for it then it should be a good computer

decent computer
The machine itself runs most recent game releases fairly well, that said for the price you could build a stronger PC. The fan also runs a bit loud but its not the end of the world. However the expected delivery time of 3-5 days is an outright lie as it took closer to 20 to recive it .

Great product for the money
I bought this system solely to play Star Wars: The Old Republic, as I needed to upgrade from my 2005 system. The computer runs smoothly, not real complaints on my end, although the fan could be a little bit quieter.
