average product
this product works ok except it uses an apple program called itunes which had the older version of the software. i had to download a newer version for my computer off the internet. i asked ion for an updated cd disc and never got a response. the product is fine but it needs better support from this company.

What's a record player?
Bought this for my wife. Plugged it in and played right off the bat. Sound comes out of PC speakers. Haven't tried recording yet, but it sounds simple from the instructions. She's just happy to be able to play her old records.

Simple to use!
I can download right into my computer then into itunes without a problem. Able to burn cd from itunes. If you're looking for simple this is it.
