For my TV-Laptop connection
This keyboard was way smaller than I had imagined and uses thumbs for typing like on a cell phone. I didn't want to send it back so I gave it to my son. I bought another type keyboard which is almost as large as a normal keyboard,for half the cost of this one.

Perfect for my TV computer
I wanted to replace a more traditional wireless keyboard and mouse with a single unit. This keyboard and touchpad was perfect. It's shape is similar to a videogame controller and blends in with my other remotes. I was worried about the keyboard being too small for my hands but it's not at all. I don't think I'll be typing out any emails on it but it's great for quick google searches. Worked right out of the box with Windows 7 and the wireless range works clear across my living room.

Great remote meyboard & mouse
I like the way it works, exactly as I wanted, wireless keyboard with mouse function to run computer through TV. A little small for some, but I think it's fine.

It's okay but not everything I expected
Bought this to control my HTPC. Good: form factor, size, easy to install Bad: The touchpad is not as good as others I have experienced. Hard to use Function keys: if you're a Windows keyboard person, alt-tab and other keyboard shortcuts are not going to be easy. As others have noted it doesn't have backlit keyboard. Key strokes are not always recognized: the keys require a fair amount of pressure to work. I'm not as happy with this as I expected to be, but this made me realize how much I depend on certain key-combinations when I work.

Solid Device Missing Key Features
I picked one of these up to be able to work from home while watching my 2 year old. Pros: Worked with Win7-64bit instantly. Decent wireless range. Phone texting style interface makes it easy. Cons: No ability to click from touchpad. This is bad because the mouse buttons are spotty and don't work except with measured clicks at specific angles. No backlighting, even with phone touch typing experience. Overall though, its a good solid device.
