Partial Review..
I can't review the performance of this product as I have been unable to use it yet. Why am I writing a review then? I have a Switch 810 case from the same company. The top of the case is designed to hold different sizes of radiators. The screw holes on the Kraken x60, however, do not line up with the screw holes on top of the case. I contacted their support around 2 weeks ago(Feb 2) about this and was told I would be sent a new top to the case. Due to some misunderstanding, the part was not ''sent'' until Feb 7, and I was told I would be given tracking information. I have no tracking information, no part, and now they have stopped responding to my ticket on the support website. I will edit this review once I get to use the product, but this part will remain: Their support is terrible, and I'll never chance dealing with it again.
