Corsair Hydro Series CW-9060008-WW H80i Extreme Li
I bought this because I built a monster PC and I keep getting cpu overheating after I installed the errors are no more. the down side is I had to but a bigger case to handle the size of the fans and radiator but since my old case was like 10 years old I wanted one anyway . this cooler is awesome.

Nicely built and much cooler than stock.
I purchased this to use with my upgraded FX8350. I moved up from the six core cpu and wanted some ''insurance'' from overheating. No air flow arrows on the fans was disappointing. As usual, I put the fans in backwards and had a ''pull push'' system and had to turn them around to have a ''push pull'' which took about five extra minutes, so no problem. I ran a stress test and let it idle and was pleasantly surprised to find out in my PC case it chilled my eight core to a nice 84 degrees, which was much nicer than my Fri-o cooler was doing. Instructions are not that great but will get you through. If you have enough skill to build a computer, you have enough to put this on your CPU with a little thinking. Looks to me a MS chip install would be more complicated to complete. FX8350 was easy as pie.

Better than the regular fan
Work very good and easy enough to install. There no indication of fan flow but if you make all the connection and power the unit you will see the air flow of each fan and it's easier to set at that point. This way it will only take you about 2 minute. Since you have 2 big fan it's a bit louder than regular fan. Will never use regular fan again

Never gonna worry about OC and overheating again
Installed with I7 3820 and OC to 4.4ghz, temp never goes above 32c. Only issue I ran into was putting this on an X79 sabertooth mobo with vengeance RAM. the dual fans are kina bulky in the case and didn't leave room for the RAM with heat sinks, just had to take off the heat sinks to make it all fit.

Works Well, Nice Features
This thing is awesome, easy to install and works great. Keeps my i7 2700k at 28c idle and no more then 38c at full load. The Corsair link software is sick! The unit is fully controlable, customizable with the software. Highly recommend.

2nd round was a charm
Great customer service helped me resolve that problem with a new unit. The unit was easy to install. The temps for the unit are holding well. I have the fans running in balanced mode under the Corsair Link 2 software and they are running quietly. Corsair needs to do a little work on their software. Overall I'm pleased with the product.

Lots of problems
I have the software on a H100i and on the H80i didn't work at all, even the cpu temp was off. I used IC Diamond 7 thermal compound to get the temps down by quicker transfer of heat. The fans have a nasty whine. I replaced them with 9 blade cougar fans that have good pressure and volume and very quiet and high life expectancy.

Disappointing
Running on a 3770K and P8P77-V LX. Temperatures are not at all what I was expecting. Even without OC I'm getting an average idle temp of 35C. When running Prime95 it shoots up to 80-90. I've tried remounting it and changing fan directions, but nothing seems to make a difference. Fans are loud when running at 50% or above. Simply put, I regret buying this.

Overall a Good product
I bought this to cool my 3770k and it keeps it from overheating. But really im not getting the temps I was expecting. I am well aware of the ivy bridge temp problem. But I average 38-42c on idle. Full load 75c with a mild 4.2ghz oc. Another problem, Corsair Link is a difficult program to figure out. I thought u could change the color of the led on the fan? Apparently not because i dont have that option. And i've heard alot about the leds going out on the i series coolers by corsair. I hope that doesnt happen to me.
