great monitor
it's a great monitor, a little hard to get used to adjusting it but overall it works great and would suggest if you want a good monitor at a fair price this is a great choice!

Good value, but.......
I wish the monitor was a bit larger in the vertical size. Most subject matter for me will be in the 4:3 format and most subjects are stretched horizontally with the resolution I prefer.

Can't beat it for the price!
This monitor is great, the colors are vibrant, it has great contrast, the 5ms response time is great, and picture is flawless (no dead pixels or off colors) I do however notice a fair amount of light bleed on back screens, but this is unnoticeable 98% of the time and hardly an issue when it is. Also and HDMI option would have been nice.

Great for the Price
The monitor is great as a value priced monitor, but the colors are not as vibrant as the higher priced monitor next to it driven by the same computer. But I bought it to have a second screen used occasionally in my various searches and it is great for that. If there were not a better monitor sitting next to it, the contrast wouldn't be as noticeable. I recommend it for the value conscious buyer.

Very Good Monitor
I now have two of these Acer Monitors and find them perfect for my needs. The original brightness setting was so bright I had to adjust it before I got a headache, but if that is my only criticism (and it is) I can't complain.

Very Nice Monitor
I got this monitor for Christmas. Hooked it up Christmas day and have used it just about every day since. LOVE this monitor! Nice and big. Great resolution. Great brightness. Great contrast... LOTS of contrast!!! My old monitor is a 19'' LCD, a great monitor for its time. I always thought it looked sharp, bright, and great contrast. But now with both monitors hooked up and sitting side by side, this monitor looks MUCH better than my old one.
