Good item for the price
Its construction is a little light but overall does a great job. The included power strip will not fit in the back of the valet with all of the chargers (that I have) plugged in.

Great box
i love this thing, yes the power cord is a bit stiff but nothing to worry about great for the office me personally i have it in my bed room kinda wanna get another one for the office.

Box good, power strip not
Cord was way to inflexible on the internal power strip and it is a non standard sized strip ergo not easily replaced and only has 4 outlets. doesn't play well with wall warts. LOVE the box, not so much the power strip. I use this thing every day to hold my various phone and phone related devices and pocket change, breath mints, antacids, car keys, etc. it works great for that!

Good idea - poor execution
The cord on the plug strip is so stiff and inflexible that it will not stay in place inside the box and it actually prevented the box from staying on the table where it needed to sit. There is no reason for that heavy a cord. Wall warts just don't draw that much current. I wouldn't buy this again.

Useful
This is a good accessory to have for charging devices. It is also a convenient TV remote caddy in our house. The one reservation I have with this is the power switch on the power strip is stored inside the console and out of the way. All the device chargers we have draw electricity when plugged in regardless if they are charging a device or not. It would be nice to have the power strip on off switch on the outside of the console so that it can be switched off when not charging devices. We charge devices a few times a week and leaving this plugged in 24x7 with 4 or 5 chargers drawing electricity when not in use is a waste (albeit a small waste...)
