Well, you get what you paid for.
It has the volume tuner, and it makes sounds. The sound quality is awful. When it is low, you barely hear anything, when it is high, it just hurts your ears. Do yourself a favor, if youa re looking for a cheap headset, buy a better one around 10 bucks when they are on sale. This one will definitely disappoint you. I didn't bother to test the mic. So ......

hot mic
not a total waste of money but close-mic is very hot-can be used as desktop mic-the headphones sound like a tin can-horrible sound-if you need cheap back-up till you can get something better...well save up
