Xtreme or Not!

I ordered the Klip Xtreme KES-370 2.1 Multimedia Speakers as an alternative set of reference monitors for my DAW. These speakers, so far, are working great although I have not yet pushed them to hard. The sound quality however was surprisingly very good with clean high and mids and the low frequency with the Sub is quite punchy, which you can adjust to taste. They also look great. For a compact bookshelf type system these speakers are Xtreme!

Another Bad Experience.

I ordered these as a replacement for the ones I already have but they're starting to go. They looked nice however, the subwoofer had a short in it so I had to send them back. After contacting the manufacturing company, they decided not to replace the subwoofer so instead of risking another defected set of speakers I just got a refund.

Great Sound lacking Quality

The sounds these speakers make is awesome. They have great bass and very good high frequency. I had to use equalizer software to reduce the highs. I have an older set of ALs I thought sounded pretty good but these far out do them. I normally control the volume and frequency with the PC software so I didn't really need the volume and bass knobs. The power lamp is definitely unwanted. Quality is lacking though. The enclosures are ok. However, the picture with the speakers including the wiring is just what they come with. Thin, short and basically substandard. The right side input cable has an intermittent open that I will need to fix. If you have the skills and patients to repair or replace the cables then you will like these speakers. They do rock.

Well Well This is nice

These speakers are pretty good the subwoofer has a pretty good punch for its size but do not turn the volume up past half the volume if your pc volume is all the way up because it could make the sub make a funny noise...like when the rubber slaps the plastice when the sub is flexin. But overall these speakers are great for the price especially for a dorm room. The sub knocks the fronts are very clear and it just looks cool. I dont know how long these will last but im satisfied. The sub could handle a little more juice but for college its great.

Very Good PC speakers

These speakers go above and beyond the usual PC speakers you see. The sound is crystal clear and the subwoofer really kicks out bass, which is adjustable on the sub. The build quality is very solid and heavy, so you dont have to worry about them falling or bouncing around. It sounds and feels like you have an theater system for you computer. For the price, you get way more than you paid for and I highly recommend this product.
