Fast and efficient
plug and play easy. took no time to install. very fast. no real problems with Win 7 x64 and two WD Green 3TB HDD's. power on, power off; it does just that. Probably about 1 out of 10 times i've had an issue when CPU fails to find the device. No big deal. Power off, unplug from USB port, plug it back in and you're back on track.

Twins are great
Bought the dual 3.0 to replace a USB 2.0 single. New clean 2TB for back-up programs and current data archival while the 500G from the last computer gives me access without having to stream over to the new drive. Capacity and higher speed. Excellent upgrade comination. Highly recommend change to USB 3.0

RMA Process Is Quick
Product is exactly as stated. A nice quick dock for drives which is perfect if you have many drives laying around. Sadly, the first one I bought had an issue with the controller and had to be returned. Return process was painless though.

Photographer's best friend
I bought this right after a wedding shoot with 2 x 2TB drives. One has all my photos and the other is a weekly back up of several other internal drives. USB 3 is fast. The only thing I noticed is when windows hybernates I need to disconnect and reconnect the cable to wake the drives. Excellent :)

Great product
This device is such a time saver. Instead of having to connect a pc and booting it up to see what contents it has, i just take the HDD and dock it. if i need anything from there, i just tranfer it. Love it.

Great product
Works like a champ. When hooked to a USB 3.0 port it just flies ... almost as fast an installed hard drive. It will downshift to 2.1 and lower, but remember this is a USB 3.0 device and won't shine unless attached to a 3.0 port! No issues, no problems! your company rocks!

It works
This is a good product plugged it in and it worked right from the start. I do have a couple of issues with it though.. 1. Its plastic and in time its going to break. 2. The hard drives inserted into the unit run very hot 3. The unit does not power off and on when my desk top is turned off or on. All things considered I would recommend it to a friend.

Performs as it should
I have multiple hard drives out of old computers and portable backups. The Duet fills my need to be able to access and backup to those drives. The 2 gig and the 1.5 gig hard drives work well in the Duet. I bought a 3.0 USB card and I see transfer rates at about 20 meg a second. I am happy.
