Documentation
Excellent device, but with difficult instructions. To worsen comprehension, it's written in tiny light colored print on white background. Technical phone support was a long and useless effort. I Had to decipher the user guide into my own notes and put into chronological order to fully understand the operation. I am a licensed A+ Certified IT Processional that had to wrestle with the poorly written documentation that came with this device. A novice will likely suffer and return this product thinking it to be defective. The kit is well built but another flaw is design. The Extender has to hang in the AC outlet upside down due to the weight of the unit. The AC plug extends from one end (to allow use of 2nd AC outlet) making it hard to read the LED indicators when inverted in this position. The technical features and performance however is great. I purchased this kit several times to provide coverage in large church buildings and will likely purchase more of these kits soon.
