Great deal
It's a great printer for the cost, but there are some problems that come with it. The scanner would not properly align after several tries. The print quality is decent. Good deal for a college student or home use, but would not recommend for a business.

Not so good.
It broke down two weeks after I bought it, the second HP to give me problems in 6 months. It could not grasp paper to print and also power light kept blinking. The repair man said it had too many issues to repair so I bought a different brand and am quite pleased.

As Advertised
Easy setup, works as expected. Very good quality for the price. Even the massive HP Solution Center software (325MB) installed and synced with the printer easily the first time The only problem was the two ink cartridges included were not recognized by the machine. I had to buy two more which were recognized by the printer. I would mark it down a little for this, but I'm not sure where to do so. Overall, a very good buy.

The first one was defective!
I had to send the first one back and pay over $20 for the return. The second one worked great!

Not bad for the price
Not the best I've ever used but for the price it's not that bad. It does take too long to load for what it is and seems to go through ink way more than it should but what can you really expect for the price? I would only recommend as a back up printer or something to get you by in a pinch or use strictly for scanning and printing money to pay for it.... that's about all it's worth is money it can print.

Very dissappointed!!!
I owned my last all in one for ten years or so (made by same company). It was great! It finally retired itself so I bought this one. The price is great for a refurbished unit however, the problems are nowhere near worth the savings. The features are great and installation is pretty easy (takes way too long, though). It prints it's test page perfectly and the quality is excellent but anything else I print has a horrible ghost or double image to it. It's so bad that I can barely read anything. The noise is another issue. It's normal to hear your printer when it's operating but when I use this one my dog leaves the room, every time. It squeeks and clunks so bad that I have to turn up the TV or radio.
