USB not mic and headphone plug
The headset worked the first time I used it on my laptop but when I tried to use it on my work desktop it did not work at all. Another software was controlling the mic and headphones so the usb did nothing. Would be better if it had two plugs and was not software controlled

excellent headset
nothing really to say about it, it's a headset to be honest it's loud when you need it to be. and it's quiet when you don't need it to be have heard several compliments over ventrilo from people saying how good it sounds from the other end when i talk. im happy with it. once again another product produced by the best in the world would most definately buy another great job logitech.
