Two strikes and yer out!
I ordered a set of this RAM with an upgrade kit. Of the two sticks, one tested bad out of the package. I returned it at my expense (Had to send both sticks back, by the way, so the computer was down)and got a replacement set. Of which one stick tested bad out of the box. I returned this set (again, at my expense, again, the computer is down) for a refund. I took the opportunity to pick up a 16gb set of Kingston RAM, which is running great. Two sets of ram with two different lot numbers, along with an additional $12+ in shipping to send back bad product leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I'll be staying away from Patriot in the future. Too bad, they used to make really good RAM.

Great Ram Great Price
Working as advertised on my new ASUS P8Z77-V MB with i5. 16 GB of this ram along with a 2 GB video card and SSD drive made a sweet system.

good ram
i tried this ram on biostar motherboard with an amd quad core, all it's ok at 1600 Mhz , and i tried this memory with a gigabyte motherboard and an amd 8 core , all it's ok at 1600 Mhz great memory for this price.

Initial impression is positive
This memory is installed in to AMD 1045T and GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 system. I did not overclock this system and just running memory at 1600MHz stock. The system is stable and run prime95 for about an hour without any issues. Memory performs as expected. This is my first experience with Patriot memory and so far it is a positive one.

Great RAM
All your system needs unless a very high performance extreme system. I use in an inexpensive bare bones bundle along with 3tb seagate (GPT) and an 80gb intel SSD. Great for daily use video editing. Very fast for the cost.
