A Vast Improvement
When I first installed the card, it caused my Start button and toolbar (XP) to disappear. (Amazing what can be accomplished using Task Manager!) It took a few days, but I finally located a fix online that corrected the problem. Now it works great. Thanks to this card and my RAM upgrade, this old PC is much faster and much more fun to use. I can multitask much easier now.

Strange, but still a decent card
I find it a little odd that this is a PCI card yet it requires DX11 to run at full power. I've never really seen a DX11 supported motherboard with no PCI-e slots, someone give me a link if they see one :

Good card, but expensive.
It brought new life to my old desktop. I can enjoy many downloaded movies with HD TV thanks to this card. High price is the short point of this card, but I like it.

Sooooooo Happy!
I am so happy to get this, Now i can watch blue-ray movies on my computer. That UPS guy must of seen the happiness in my eye!

Great Card, but inhibited by PCI bottleneck
Probably the best GPU you can buy for a PCI-based PC. Just remember that the pci slot is a major bottleneck for data throughput between the GPU and the system board. It's like driving a Ferrari in a traffic jam. If you can afford this card, you're probably better off saving for a new low-end pc with PCI-Express slots. Another thing: This GPU requires DirectX 11. It runs terribly with DX 10 or lower. You'll need Win 7, or Vista with DirectX 11. (DirectX 11 is unavailable for XP). If you're stuck with a pc with no AGP or PCI-Express slots (and you have WIN 7 or Vista), then this card is definitely worth the money.
