VERY DISSAPOINTED!
First, the box arrived with no packing, power supply and accessories, just banging around loose. Next, upon computer startup, it was noted that a connection to the internet could not be established, even after several attempts (we're not rookies). We finally were able to establish WIRELESS connectivity but still no hardwired connection. We also cannot connect to Microsoft to do automatic updates OR manual updates - get an error message that can't be resolved. I have purchased several of these laptops (same model)from other vendors with no problems at all. Very disappointed with this transaction. Would not recommend this site to other prospective purchasers.

Bad Battery!
My laptop was received with bad battery. It would not hold any charge. I had to replace it right away! BOO!!!!

Battery Life
Everything on this laptop was as advertised and generally I am quite happy with it. The only dissapointment is that the battery will only last about 30 minutes or less.

Excellent Buy So Far
If I weren't rather knowledgeable about how to make computers run, I doubt I would have been able to tie in with my home network system. Once on the web I had to download several programs and drivers and uninstall other drivers to make it perform as I wanted. Now it works like a charm and no problems to date afte a couple of months. Would definitely buy again.

Great deal
Laptop arrived well-packed and it looks so clean that it may as well be brand new. Quick, even with a bunch of processes running that I don't recognize (I'll fix that). Very quiet, much quieter than my old Sony, don't notice the fan at all. Battery seems as good as new. I may have to buy a few more.
