Nice CPU
I updated my machine using this CPU. Works well. I wanted a gen 3 for better vitualization but my MB only accepted this one.

Pretty impressive
Paired this with an Intel BOXDQ67EPB3 board, 8GB memory and a GTX550Ti. No hang-ups, adequately cooled with the factory heatsink. Overall I'm very pleased.

DON'T FORGET TO BUY THERMAL GREASE
This processor has worked great for the month that I've had it but as this was the first computer I built I didn't realize you also needed to purchase thermal grease so that the heat exchange to the cooler is more efficient. I've been playing Diablo 3 and using skype and it works great.
