Great picture But?
I got the driver to download but the firmware update would not download!I can look at myself but sharing the pictures is kaput!This is one reason I bought the best camera,I thought therefore it would work great but microsoft needs to do some work.

No tech support
My cam wont work!!!! I went to the online web site they told me that they would help me but there would be charges for there services what crap. I will never buy another product like this again.
