Decent cooler but only a 3 pin power connector
This type of add on is typically for fine tuning the cooling in a box. Although its run at a low RPm and is therefore quiet, it would be so much better if you could utilize it in your cooling curve through something like ASUS' thermal radar and get more out of it WHEN you need it, which is the idea. Step up kingston.

Great value
Keeps the memory effectively cool. It's durable and made of some pretty solid metal - not cheaply made like some I've seen.
