Nice Play, Great Capacity, Touchy Controls
Getting hard to find an MP3 player at all these days much less a good one. This one qualifies. Even has nice video if anyone really wants to play vids on a screen this small. I do think the controls could use some work. If the unit were a bit snappier it wouldn't be a problem but the touch has no feedback and the response is just slow enough to get you to make multiple presses you don't want to make. Other than that, though, a very nice unit. Love the SD slot if you have a LOT of music.

Dodgy Controls
I agree with the other reviewers about the controls leaving something to be desired, but I gave to my sister for her birthday and so far no complaints. I would also like to add you can only add one book at a time since there is no way to choose between books.

Sansa Fuze + (or minus)
I agree with the other reviewers about the controls leaving something to be desired, which is they ought to be pressed rather than swiped. I see no benefit to the swiping control features of this device. On the other hand, it sounds good, and has a lot of features for the price. I bought this because I have had a lot of luck with Sansa media players. I have another that's six or seven years old and still performs perfectly. (Its controls are pressed.)

Great One Day Deal
Excellent price, good sound, easy to setup. Good FM radio reception. My biggest complaint is that the 4 way control is super sensitive. In all an excellent product for the price.

Mixed Bag
Good value and features; but falls short in delivering up to expectations. Navigation is not intuitive and like some of the other reviews the boot time is long and the response time to the controls slow. Also experiencing problems to getting video files to play. On the other hand, they provide technical support that will out it I would have returned the unit. It should be easier to use.

Dodgy Controls
Like all similar gadgets, I find them too small and slippery for my old working hands. The sound quality is excellent, but the device could use a faster processor. Boot up is slow, and response to control input lags, so one tends to hit a button twice thinking the first time didn't work, and then the device goes one step too far resulting in a lot of fiddling to get back to where you wanted. The frustration level with this product nearly equals the pleasure aspect.

OK for the price
I bought it on sale and it is great for the price. However, like is stated in some of the other reviews, the controls are VERY sensitive to the touch which can cause problems when you are using it as a player or trying to change the settings.

Junk
The original Fuze was approximately one million times better than the Fuze+ in every conceivable way. This thing is just infuriating.

Second Time a Charm
The first one we received had some problems with the controls. It was replaced without any hassle and the new one works great. Our other refurbished SanDisk palyers have been problem free.
