Not a good phone
The phone's microphone is terrible. Callers on the other line had trouble hearing me through the use of the phone. But through bluetooth was fine. Bluetooth headset hurts ear and quality of product is cheap. Cannot stay on mute when using bluetooth headset.

Great value with a few complaints.
I bought this as an office phone for my graphic design business. The feature set is exactly what I was looking for, as I planned on adding a dedicated business line to my home-office. Everything functions as advertised, and the voice clarity is superb! My only complaints are related to the hands-free headset. It is quite uncomfortable around the ear and doesn't even seem to fit correctly, no matter how much I try to adjust it. I am also concerned with build quality, as the plastic ear clip seems fragile and the rubberized cushion around the earpiece has already loosened. I really don't plan on using that piece much anyway, as I'm the only employee, and the regular handset has a great speaker-phone! Overall a good little phone, although admittedly I might have been a little upset if I had paid more than I did. I am assuming this model is being discontinued from the vibes I get, so great deals shouldn't be hard to find!
