Do not Buy!!!!

Don't Buy!!! I have had my player since last November & is has been nothing but trouble. The touch screen does not respond well & has not since I bought it. When I try to use the calibration tool I end up having to use it every time I turn in on and sometimes it takes up to two minutes for it to calibrate. I tried to use the auto shut off feature & it never worked. When I would down load my books to listen to on it sometimes it would play the file at a very slow speed or a very fast speed so I get Barry white or the Chipmunks. I am also having a memory problem. It keeps showing me files from books that I have deleted from it & not showing what is now loaded on it. I called Tech Support & they told me to run a format. I tried & I still had problems. They told me that they would e-mail me the information to send it in to have it manually reformatted. First off, I can't believe that I have to send it in. I have not received any info to be able to send it i

bought this for my wife she loves it. Battery life is amazing. Easy to use once you go through the menu a few times.Easy to put music on

The product is great and has many amazing features but apparently they are still under development. The hdmi is doesnt work. The speaker almost sounds like its being held under a pillow. The headphone connection does not work properly so therefore it pretty much has become a picture frame.

I do not recommend this unit

Marginal product: 1) First one arrived DOA. 2) Documentation clear as mud. 3)Touch screen is super-sensitive, very hard to work with! 3) SD card support is very limited. Don't count on it. 4)FM radio reception is extremely limited. 5) Volume control difficult to use. 5) Remote control works within 3 feet, sometimes! 6) Playlist support is a joke! 7) I'm not sure I trust the ratings on this product! I don't recommend this unit for the price. Expected a lot more capabilities for MP3 playing, got less than advertised and expected

Really Nice Product

I had the unit just for amonth, but overall I can say that I am really happy that I have purchased it. The image quality (for video) is really good considering the price, even streamed to a TV unit via HDMI the quality is really good. The headphones are not the very best, but these days you can buy ear buds for $10 so that is not a big deal. The only drawback is that I could not set the time zone to the area where I am, each time when you shut off the unit it reverts to Beijing :(... I suppose this goes under ''advertising'' .Other than that, so far the units performs very well, with the regular caveat of the touch screen units.

My daughter use it all the time, its user friendly easy loading no need to pass by itune or something like that. I recommand this product.-Ma fille l'utilise tout le temps. Il est facile d'utilisation et pas besoin de passer par les logiciels de type itune. Je recommande ce produit.

Feature Packed

Trio T4300HD is full of features such as the ability to record from radio. Unfortunately, the radio reception is poor. Again the touch screen is welcomed but very sensitive. Sometimes is does exactly what you want. At other times it takes you to the function that is an icon on either side. Don't bother to calibrate since every time you turn it on after that it goes into calibration. Sometimes this takes more than a minute to complete; having to respond to the + displayed on each corner and center of screen.

Great product

Bought this as a birthday gift for my 14 yr. old grandson and he loves it. I earned some serious grandma points. It has lots of features and the screen is very clear. Really nice.

A Great Deal For The Price

I love this mp3 player. The top of my screen where the date is displayed is messed up, but other than that its great!
