not bad for the price

music player is great and headphones sound nice. pictures and video show up dark though.

Get what you pay for

First one was junk would not turn on half of the time and battery would not hold charge overnight Batt: life was 1-2 hours playing Vid's. 2nd one so far has worked good; switches and controls all work good and battery life on standby no problem seams to hold it's charge, playing vid's batt: life is running 3-4 hours of solid play time. It's not the top of the line, but your not paying top dollar eather! Overall once you get used to it, it's a good unit. I am happy with the second unit........

You get what you pay for

We just wanted an mp3 player that we didn't have to worry about losing, and that is what we got. The unit is packed with features, more than we needed but for the price, why not. It was easy to load our tunes on it. The user interface is laid out poorly but once you get used to the navigation its not a big deal. The unit does freeze up fairly often but the reset button brings it back to life. The case also split open the first time it was dropped but snapped back together pretty easily. Overall its a cheap unit that works; usually.

It's not the top of the line

...but it's not meant to be. Packed with features, especially for the price. Button orientation is wonky. AVI playback of a 640 image was tolerable but not great, but bonus for not having to render down to 320x240 before playing. Blocks were prevalent and key frames really jumped in quality. My video was on the dark side but it was really annoying that the brightest viewing angle was about 60 degrees off perpendicular. Strange but for an item with so many features, I can't seem to find any trace of a brightness or contrast control. That's just dumb. Still it was a present. I'll be happy until it stops working, as others say it's prone to do. Some adverts say it plays mp4. I don't think it does. Certainly don't think it will play h.264 or divx. Maybe if your in an avi wrapper.

Stay Away

This is a piece of garbage that keeps breaking. No one accepts responsibility for fixing it and no one will refund your money. Stay away from all things Visual land.

frooze up

I Bought one for my nephew was working fine but frooze up will be sending it back

better to buy full out

this product was very cute and was working fine. Midway into downloading songs the player froze up and stayed like that for three days until I sent it back. It was bought new so my husband's christmas present was non deliverable

Great Value with many features

This was for a holiday gift to an adult who really likes all the features. She tried out the camera last night and was more than satisfied!

MP 3 player

I was not impressed with the preformance of this unit. I call it the jack of all trades, master of none. Radio reseption is poor but the sound is good. It does a good job of storing music and pictures. This is my first MP 3 player and will be the last. I might have expected to much ? Overall, not happy.
