Battery will not hold a charge
I am very disappointed with this purchase. The battery will not hold a charge for more than 15 minutes. I had opened the package and do not have all the directions, so I cannot send it back. Battery is defective

3 months, really?

Cheap product , good for a kid
Good display with bright colors is the best feature about this product. Controls aren't very sensitive and it takes 3-4 tries for a button press to register. The menu options are ok, but not awesome. The expandable memory is nice though. Over all, a decent enough value for the price, but I'll probably give it to my kid.

Good Product with some exceptions
When it arrived, I was excited, because I love red, but then found out in order to import videos I had to convert mine to wmv files, would not play swf as advertised, but the converted ones look great also the headphones that came with it caused all my music to sound scratched like an old record, but i switched out the headphones and everything is clear so far, so good. Just took some tweaking.

A Great Value.
I don't know what happened with the guy below, but I was able to transfer songs from my Windows 7 PC to this device perfectly. The radio really picks up the signal where others were not able to and I have an MP4 that can take pictures as well. Works as advertised. Very pleased.

No vista or windows 7
This mp3 player does not work with windows vista or windows 7, and you can not use the backwords compatable software in either OS.

It works well
I don't know what folks expect for this price! The device works exactly as advertised, and it hasn't faltered or misbehaved in any fashion whatsoever. The video quality is average, the sound perfectly acceptable, and, as a player to bounce around in my travelbag, it fits the bill. I'll buy a few more, when they go on sale, to give to the kids. For now, I'm enjoying it too much. Let them buy the overpriced widgets.

My son loves it
