save your money, bad deal.
It's like this, the case broke after 1 week. The battery doesn't last but 3 hours. The volume sucks. The screen is hard to read and it takes forever to scroll through your music list. It's that simple.

Visual Land ME-963-4GB-BLK
Very disappointed with the product. the sound quality is nice but the overall performance it lacking. The display screen has a blue hew to it which is nothing like what is pictured on the site and on the box. This makes the screen very hard to read in daylight. I should have listened to the reviews of others and stayed away from this product. But for the price i decided to give it a shot and I was kicking myself in the butt for doing so with this product. But if you seek a cheap mp3 player and do not want to spend a lot of money give this one a shot.

Disappointed in this product
Arrived DOA. Will not turn on. Will not charge with elec. adapter or by usb. My XP computer froze up, after plugging player in to usb port. Had to unplug player & reboot. Hope to be able to return it for credit.

do not buy not worth the money
the first on the back was broke when Im recived it the second one my son loaded musicm and now it will not charge afther the first charge showed full charge then turned it on in a secound latter it said battery low good by I have tride charging it whont charge

I wouldn't buy another one
I have had it about 3wks. So far, it hasn't broken. But trying to figure out how the thing works is a real exercise in patience. The buttons don't make sense.

Ok for the price
The clip broke within the first two minutes of having the unit out of the box. The battery charge doesn't seem to last the 20 hours thats advertised. For the price the unit works out, sound quality isn't the best, but what do you expect for 20 dollars.

do not buy
i've had this for about 3 weeks. the menu is clunky. and doesn't work right anyway. the earphone jack is badly implemented making it so that no earphones work right with it and it doesn't hold them secure enough making sound worthless. just don't buy it.. get something else. this is a waste of time and money

Garbage!!
This thing is horrible. The clip broke off in 2 hours of use. the battery last about 2.5 hours. The sound is horrible and the shuffle sucks. Buy a Sensa. I had one for 4 years and it worked great until someone stole it. Spend the extra $10-$20 and avoid the frustration I have.
