Unbalanced
The handle is towards the side, so if you use it exclusively to carry, it is lopsided, side-heavy and just downright awkward. Color and designed are attractive for the price and I've even had a few positive comments about its looks, BUT there are much better bags out there that are just as attractive and much more functional. I expected more from Microsoft; Mr. Gates much have missed the quality control on this one.

Great notebook bag for the price
It would haave been better had the handle been located directly on top of the bag rather than slightly to the back of the bag.

Exceptional bag
Bought for my wife traveling. Not a flashy designer style bag but very practical and feature rich. Having lots of pockets other ample storage. The protective pouch for the computer is well padded and has extra secure straps that are easy to use and very durable.
