I bought this projector for business presentations. Where I hold these presentations has some lighting that can not be turned off. This projector failed the test because we could hardly view anything we tried pulling up. I disagree wholeheartedly with Jim Styck review. If you need a projector that will perform in all situations get one that is high in Lumens. I sent this back and purchased one with 2800 Lumens and it worked very well.

Great little projector

I love this little projector. Watch everything on it now. Even in daylight it has a very watchable picture. The only things I don't like is the clunky interface for selecting videos off the sd card and not having an external speaker jack. They could also have more video codecs on board to watch more video formats. Since I don't watch off the sd card that much and I listen to the sound off my dish network receiver(hooked up to external amplified speakers) those things are not a problem for me. Currently the price is very competitive. I would not raise it though, since there are other projectors coming out without those limitations I mention.

Works Great

This works great and makes for a great TV when combined with a TV Tuner Box. I travel a lot and stay in rooms with cable TV hook ups, but no TVs in the room. The combo is a great TV that will fit in the cargo pockets of my work pants.

I like it!

Great picture. We shot it in a gym up on the top wall at while at center court. Big picture, nicew and clear for the distance. In the house, it does great. Does much better on a screen. I bought two of these for travel to do health presentations. The first one was so good, I bought another at the $299 price. Jump drive port is brilliant! Only negative is the speaker and no audio out. Other than that, would highly recommend!

Excellent performer for the size

I have 2 bigger ones that I use outdoors in the summer. I saw this unit and bought it even though I had no immediate use for it. You won't get anything close to this for the money. Tiny, very well built and a picture that will knock your socks off. Hook it up to your laptop and you get a good big screen TV, very good with Netflix. All this PLUS HDMI Capability! WAY 2 GO ACER!

Best deal ive gotten so far

Product is great. I bought this projector because I was on a budget, and ended up being the best purchase so far for me here. I hooked this bad boy up to my xbox and been playing Call of Duty non stop ever since! The image is crisp and very good, at night its like a thousand dollar projector, and works very well even in the daytime. Ive used it with lights on aswell, and it looks amazing still. If your looking for a cheap but very good projector, this is the one for you, im thinking of even buying another one to put outside.

Big performance - Little footprint

I am very pleased with this small footprint, big performance unit. I use it in my weekly presentation and it never fails me. My only complaint is that we desparately need an audio out jack as the tiny little speaker doesn't work in a presentation so I must use my computer input for video presentations.

Acer Pocket Size Projecter

Beyond anything I expected. We are using it in our church and despite being no bigger than a box for a Whopper, it delivers all you could want. This is a value buy.

Cool little projector.

Just got the little projector and I'm loving it for football season. You do need a dark room for the best pic but tht isn't a deal breaker for me. I am watching football on about a 100 inch image and it looks great, especially the digital channels. The speaker is only for emergencies I guess and isn't usable and I wish it had a headphone out. There is a little fan noise but nothing terrible. All in all I think it's great. Big screen TV for around $300. Sweet.

Wow!!!

I got this refurbed for $248 from here, and I feel like I ripped em off! I got a steal. This projector far exceeded my expectations, and then some. Buy it!
