Works great
It worked great except for two things. One is on me. I didn't change ownership so it did not copy everything. The other thing is that you may want to use the same size hard drive. My source disk was 640GB and the destination drive was 1TB. When it was finished copying, my new drive was 640GB. Because of the ownership thing, I did not try to fix this.

Great Product
First the instructions could be a lot more clear. When you start duplicating the hard drive lights turn purple until the cloning is done. Works perfectly with W8, took a bit longer than 3 hours to clone a 1 terabyte hard drive. Popped new hard drive into laptop and I worked as if it had been the original. Other than the slim instructions it works like a charm.

Saved my bacon
Did a marvelous job in saving an ''imminent demise'' threatened laptop. Cloned so well my wife didn't know I had changed the drive. Now running old hard drives out of various old computers thru the sata connection. excellent!

Dont Forget The IDE Adaptor
Works just as avertized. There Is A IDE adaptor that alows older IDE drives to be used in the dock witch is grate when transfering from IDE drive To A SATA Drive. A must have if your files are important to you

Worked perfectly!
I've copied more 20 drives in the office and it worked perfectly every time. Highly recommended!! if the drives are exactly same it takes about 20-30 minutes for 500Gb. For whatever reason it took significantly longer (hours) when coping 2 different 500Gb drives.

Great for cloning SATA
After purchasing a cheaper cloning device that didn't work, I bought this one. I had to clone a failing SATA drive from my laptop to a new, larger capacity SATA drive. It worked like a charm. If you clone to a larger driver, don't forget to expand the volume size of the new drive after you install it in your computer, so you can take advantage of the extra storage.
