not a great cooling device

it is lightweight, but feels like it would break easily. fans are sooo loud, and does not cool my laptop at all. now just using it as a base to separate my laptop and my lap so that the built-in laptop fans can do their work without too much obstruction - a wooden board might have done the same thing. get what you pay for.

Excellent product for this price

My notebook cooling pad is serving its purpose 100 percent, I would recommend this product to anyone.

Does not work

I bought this to cool down my Toshiba M600 which gets pretty hot. Read all the reviews here and was expecting it to be at least usable. The fans are silent but there is almost no air-flow. With the design, the fans suck air from the top and direct them downward from the base. There are 2 problems with this design: 1. The cooling pad is just pulling in fresh air from the tiny gap in-between the top of the cooling pad and the bottom of the laptop and pushing it out from the base. My laptop fan is designed to suck air from the bottom and put it out the side. So the cooling pad is not affecting the cooling in any way. 2. The fans are placed in such a way that they are blocked when you put the pad on your lap. Don't bother with this product.

Very noisy and no wab page

I purchased this cooler to keep a new laptop cool and found it to be extremely noisy. I checked the invoice and the item is noted as not returnable. I purchased one from a local provider and tossed this one in the junk pile since nobody backs the product.

Good for the price

Great fan for the price. Connects via usb and uses around 5 amps. The only thing that is weird is that my laptop is 14.1 inches and this fan is a tad smaller than it. My laptop gets hot very quickly, but with this fan it remains at a steady cool temperature.

Great Product for the price

to be honest with you i was not expecting much when i purchased something for this price. What i got was extrodinary, I feel like i got a product that was well worth 30-40$. The design is not the greatest looking, also the plastic seems to be verry easily broken. But it is pretty sturdy, it has no signs of any sort of damage to it yet.(i have had it for about a month and a half). Also the cool air that comes from this machine is great it really cools my laptop. I can notice the difference when i place my hands on my laptop. I have a Dell xps and as many know these laptops certanly get alot of heat runnig thru them. And the cooling pad really helps it also runs decently quite and i ussaly dont notice as i only use the pad when gaming and have a headphones on so i wont hear. Other than that this pad is well worth the money dont go buy your self something for 20-40$ When you can get this for well below the price with the quality of a better product

It was not what I expected

Reading through the other reviews I figured I was getting something better. Though price wise, is affordable, it doesnt have the potency I expected. Quality wise, its sturdy enough and the usb connection can go to either side. But it really doesnt cool my laptop anymore than without it. I place it back in the box and in my closet. I might give it a try some other time.

It's a little loud and it's not great if you don't place it on a hard surface. For the price it can't be beat!
