Limited warranty useless
Buying from these guys is like playing Russian roulette. I purchased four of these phones for myself and family members. All but one worked fine (and if you travel a lot are great). One would not work on one band, unfortunately an important band for our area. All attempts at resolution failed. Buy at your own risk.

LEMON
I purchased this phone in late November. After using it for less than 48 hours the screen went tie-dye on me. It took the warranty company (PDA Giant) more that 10 days to get me an RMA number to ship the phone to them for repairs. They offered my many choices; i.e., other phones, 2 phones totaling the price as this one. I had purchased accessories for this model, so wasn't interested in that scenario. Well, in hindsight, maybe I should have done that as it is now 6+ weeks later and my phone still has not been repaired. Every time I call the warranty company, I get a different story (excuse) as to why. They sent it to a certified Samsung repair facility and about 10 days ago said it had been repaired and was being shipped back to them so they could send it to me. When I didn't receive an email telling me it had been shipped, I called to inquire on its status and was told the repair facility still had it because the screen still had some kind of problem.
