NO A GOOD PRODUCT FOR OPERATING
this is a good product for the price as far as performance it is lacking in the following areas 1. it takea a long time for the tuch sreeen to work 2.it hard to get to the music files 3. when you charge the unit on your computer the usb smyble will freeze for the price its ok but as far as operating properly dont look for this unit to do that

Good Price Bad Product
The touch screen does not work very well and I find myself having to touch it about 3 times before it responds. I uploaded all of my organized music and playlist but the device would not use windows media player list and also just put all my music files into one huge list. Trying to create individual playlist with the device is not very easy at all. In all I am not very happy with the product.

Works for Me
I bought this player to replace a much more expensive I-Pod in my car radio system. It works great for me and my purpose. Since I had never had a MP3 player, I had to call the company tech to figure out how to download CDs, but that was my only problem. It works great with my little Honda Fit and performs great through its radio system.

Worst Product ever from here
I can't give this product any kind of good review. Touchscreen doesnt work properly. No fimware updates can be found for it. The sound quality is about the same as a 1960's transistor radio. Don't buy and they need to throw what they have in the garbage and not sell again.

When I bought this I saw, Frequently Bought Together: Buy this item with Walkman Portable Speaker. So I bought the speaker, but now I'm wondering why since there is no place to plug in the portable speaker.

DOA after 3 minutes
I bought this for my 6 year old's birthday. Unfortunately it lasted all of 3 minutes before the unit simply turned off and never came back on no matter what we did. Sending it back for a refund.
