Best Printer I have ever bought

Very simple to configure and prints, scans and faxes great. Scanner could be a little better quality but works well . No more Daddy Help desk calls to get the printer working right.

Everyone in the house loves this printer.

With all the computers, tablets and smartphone in our house, it can get crowded printing from our one desk top. This printer solved that problem and looked good doing so. It very easy to use. Set up very nice. Overall great printer.

ePrint Hassle

The printer itself is great. Easy to set up and use. The scanner and document feeder are great, too. My only beef is with ePrint. What a hassle. The set up process for this is insanely complicated, and HP eventually wanted me to get a SnapFish account in order to give me ePrint functionality. Forget that. I'm using Google's Cloud Print instead.

Easy from start to finish

We found this one on sale and compared it against some others, for the price nothing lined up better. We are a small office of 5 with a general print demand. This unit offered us the print quality we need with speed we can live with (faster got significantly more expensive) and while it is not 'FAST' it is certainly not so slow that it is a problem. Wifi and cloud printing is great and the whole thing is just simple and easy.

I bought this printer because my last printer stopped working in a very short time. I wanted something better, more durable. I absolutely love everything about this one! Print quality is excellent, super easy to setup fax, scan and wireless too. No paper jams in the printer or the ADF fax. Well designed, no flimsy paper tray that protrudes beyond printer (for printed material) that can easily break off. I like the easy access cartridge tray too. This is the best printer I've ever owned and would definitely recommend it!

Slow and clunky

I bought this printer to replace a HP3600 laser printer. The negatives are that the toner carts are small and it is very noisy and slow. The positives are that it is easy to set up as a WIFI printer with its own IP address. It doesn't begin to measure up to the HP 3600 for speed, image quality and toner capacity. I sold this printer at a loss after less than 2 weeks and got a faster printer.

Good deal for the price

So far it is working great. Have had some errors, but was able to fix using a combo of google and hp support. Otherwise, the features for this priner rock! I just hope they last!
