Was gift for friend who was very impressed
This monitor was a Christmas gift for a friend for Christmas 2012. I have seen it myself and it was an excellent monitor. The colors were good, screen was nice and bright, no dead pixels. He and I thought it was an excellent value and product, and I would get one for myself!

Amazing price, good monitor
The picture is outstanding, and the tweaking options are great. The stand works great, my only beef is with the light bleed around the outside. on a dark screen its very noticeable, however while playing games or watching a movie its not at all a problem. Again, the picture is great for a monitor this size.

Planar PX2710MW
Excellent delivery speed & overall an great product, but it did have a rather large dead pixel, but only shows up under certain circumstances & I haven't attempted to massage it out as of yet

Big, Bright, Beautiful monitor
My first impression, with less than a week's use is entirely favorable. I can't imagine getting much more for $250. Due to limitations with a KVM I use, I can only connect this monitor via the old VGA port. I would like to connect via DVI, as I understand it just makes the experience better.

Great Monitor
Very clear and easily connected. Plugged in with existing wires and quickly up and running. The picture is excellent and the overall value is too!

Great Monitor
came out of the box, connected HDMI and it took off. Like having a TV on your desk, should have got 2.

Good product -- held up to expectations
Yup, this screen is good I am a satisfied customer thus far. I like the size, brightness, etc. The only small issue i have: I hook up 2 monitors to this screen and I wish I could switch over easier. (I'd give this 5 stars, but I don't have a good reference point to do that.)

a pleasant surprise
After a less-than-stellar experience with a new Asus monitor of the same size and resolution, this Planar item seems like a superior product in every way-- it's sharp, bright and worked perfectly for me right out of the box. Absolutely no complaints, really.
