Don't buy
Don't ever buy any CA product unless you are prepared that you will regret it. I bought this bundled software, thinking that it would be at least a good deal for the tax software although I might not need the anti-virus software. Don't ever think about this. The anti-virus software has to be installed and activated before you get the link to download the tax software. The anti-virus software failed to install in my computer and the CA online support after an hour of remote assistance, in trying to install the software has ruined my Windows 7 and left me no internet connection. At the end, I had no choice but to ask for a complete refund and had to restore my windows 7 settings from a backup.

Not For Me
I spent an hr with Iogi to set this up only to find out later I had no antivirus protection on my pc

Amazing deal if you have a LOT of patience!
I love a sweet deal - free after rebate with no forms to mail in - how can you beat it? Well, you know the saying no free lunch and this one requires effort, patience and someone nice to help inform you how it is going to go. Step 1 - purchase this now! Step 2 - wait for the hard packaged card to show up in the mail. Step 3 - download the CA software and try to install (i had an old expired version which would not uninstall properly so their helpdesk spends an hour beating on my computer remotely from India and finally gets it installed). Step 4 - Call CA on toll-free line to activate and register the software. You must accept their auto-renewal of the subscription service after first 6 months. They are banking on you loving their software or forgetting about it. Step 5 - wait up to 7 days for link to download tax software (mine came 5 days after activation and registration). Step 6 - install tax program Step 7 - wait for $20 rebate
