great headset
these are great, plug and play, no instructions needed, mic is clean and clear, behind the neck is way better than over the head, very comfortable ... only con was volume, turned laptop to top as well as headset volume ... but could be laptop issue

Great Product
This is my second headset from Logiech, it has been great for me. I work International and have used it in every country I worked in with great success. Because of the quality of sound my teammates also bought the H55 for themselves.

Low Volume
Headset fit and feel are good. The microphone works well but the maximum volume of the headphones in window is low even set to maximum on the cord and in Windows 7. In Skype it is even worse.

Amazing product
I use these for skype, teamspeak and ventrillo. I love them. Easy to carry around and quality is excellent. This is the 2nd pair I've owned. The last pair lasted me about 3 years. I'm a bit rough on headsets... so I think that's a fair lifetime in my world.
